What we do for it
Makettt is consulting Van Marcke on the organisation and programmation of the site, we wrote a temporary occupation masterplan comprising the various challenges, suggesting solutions and investments and we will remain involved as curators as the site develops.
What it is?
175000m2 property sits next to the citycenter of Kortrijk. In the following decade it will be redeveloped in an entirely new city burrough with a mix of housing, entrepreneurial activities and mixed useage. During the time of reconversion an enormous temporary program will kick start the transformation of the site.
